Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within Dubai and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside Dubai, please contact us at sales@matasha.co.uk or call +971 50 993 6597  to check availability and additional charges.

Delivery Timelines 
For lumber, timber, decking

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Express Delivery: For an additional fee, express delivery is available within 24 hours (subject to availability and order size).
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions).

For firewood & pellets
Same-Day Delivery in Dubai

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Delivery Windows:
  • Morning Delivery: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Order must be placed before 12:00 AM the previous night).
  • Evening Delivery: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Order must be placed before 11:00 AM on the same day).

Saturday Deliveries

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on Saturday are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Delivery Window: Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday.

Sunday Deliveries

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Saturday are eligible for Sunday delivery.
• Delivery Window: Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Sunday.

Pick-Up Option

• Availability: Same-day pick-up is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Pick-Up Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Location: Dubai Investment Park 1, P1-17.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.
• Free delivery is available for orders above 100 aed within Dubai.
• DELIVERY OUTISDE OF THE UAE
  If you are interested in making an order for countries outside of the UAE (GCC) then please contact us directly at  sales@matasha.co.uk.com to get an exact shipping quote for your order.

Delivery Requirements

• Proof of Identity: Please have your Emirates ID or any valid government-issued ID ready for verification upon delivery.
• Accessibility: Ensure the delivery location is accessible for our delivery team. If special arrangements are required (e.g., elevator access), please inform us in advance.
• Unloading Assistance: Our team will assist with unloading the products at the delivery location. However, further movement or setup is not included.

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to the following reasons, additional fees may apply for re-delivery:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
• Recipient not available at the time of delivery.
• Restricted access to the delivery location.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours at sales@matasha.co.uk or call +971 50 993 6597.
• Please provide photos of the damaged items and your order details for resolution.

Changes or Cancellations

• To make changes to your delivery address or schedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement without penalty. After 2 hours, cancellations may incur a fee or may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
