1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from MATASHA whether in-store or through any of our sales channels. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We supply a wide range of flooring products, including but not limited to: roll end carpets, brand new carpets, wood flooring, laminate flooring, vinyl (Lino), and underlay. All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
• Full payment is required before delivery or collection via credit card, debit card, cash or a buy now, pay later provider.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods agreed at the time of sale.

4. Measurements and Fitting

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements are provided.
• We offer a fitting service through independent professional fitters. Fitting is a separate agreement between the customer and the fitter.
• MATASHA is not liable for any fitting issues, but we’re happy to assist with communication between customer and fitter if needed.

5. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
• Delivery dates are estimated; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive goods at the agreed time.

6. Cancellations and Returns

• Roll ends and cut-to-size flooring are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature.
• For other products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

7. Faulty Goods

• Please inspect goods upon delivery or collection. Any faults must be reported within 48 hours.
• We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will replace or refund any faulty goods as required by law.

8. Liability

• MATASHA is not liable for any loss or damage caused by improper use, storage, or installation of flooring.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services such as fitting or courier companies.

9. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
